France Referral Programme Observatory 2026: 39 Programmes Reviewed
How much does a referral programme pay in France in 2026? There is no honest single-number answer. Brands reward customers with cash, discounts, credits, points, free subscription months, percentages or personalised incentives. This Observatory tracks a fixed panel of 39 programmes and separates public confirmation from unavailable evidence.

All verified referral codes, ranked by amount and category:
View all offers →Result on 24 August 2026: 30 programmes have a current public first-party source confirming an active programme. The remaining nine are not publicly confirmed. This does not mean zero or closed. It means that no sufficiently reliable current public consumer offer was found.
Key France referral programme figures
| Verifiable indicator | Result on 24 August 2026 |
|---|---|
| Programmes in the fixed panel | 39 |
| Active programmes confirmed by a public first-party source | 30 |
| Not publicly confirmed or outside the consumer scope | 9 |
| Usable fixed EUR maxima, referrer side | 12 |
| Median fixed EUR maximum, referrer side | €82.50 |
| Usable fixed EUR maxima, referee side | 11 |
| Median fixed EUR maximum, referee side | €150 |
| Observed referrer range | €5 to €500 |
| Observed referee range | €3 to €500 |
These medians describe fixed advertised ceilings, not average amounts actually received. A €500 ceiling may require an initial investment of €100,000. A €5 discount can be available after a much smaller purchase. A useful comparison must consider the product, threshold, payment delay and sharing restrictions, not just the headline reward.
What changed in this update
The 24 August update is not a date replacement. Exa and Firecrawl were used to read current official pages, after which the figures were reclassified under a reproducible inclusion rule.
| Programme | Current official information | Observatory impact |
|---|---|---|
| Nalo | €50 to €500 each based on the initial deposit | The new cash referral replaces the older fee-waiver offer in the referral panel |
| ENGIE | Up to €105 for the referrer and €25 for the referee until 30 September 2026 | The former €45/€45 scale is removed |
| HelloFresh | Up to €45 for the referrer and €90 for the referee as discounts | The previous approximate €30 referrer figure is replaced |
| Dougs | One free month each | The “one to two months” wording is removed |
| Aroma-Zone | €5 discount for each party from a €25 purchase | The former €16 referrer amount is removed |
| N26 | Amount shown in the app | No fixed amount enters the median |
| Trade Republic | Personalised reward displayed in the app | The public €5 to €200 range is removed from the aggregates |
Nalo still publishes a separate partner page offering a management-fee waiver. It is not the same offer as the current client referral programme, which states that both parties receive the same direct payment. The Observatory uses the official page for the mechanism being measured.
How much do fixed euro referral offers pay?
The calculation includes only a fixed maximum explicitly stated in euros by an official source. Personalised amounts, percentages, points, tokens, free months, US-dollar amounts and estimated conversions are excluded.
| Indicator | Referrer | Referee |
|---|---|---|
| Included programmes | 12 | 11 |
| Minimum | €5 | €3 |
| Median | €82.50 | €150 |
| Maximum | €500 | €500 |
The referee median is higher because several banks and investment platforms concentrate their incentive on acquiring the new customer. That does not automatically make the offer better. A banking reward may require an active account, card payments or invested capital kept for a defined period.
Highest fixed ceilings in the panel
| Programme | Referrer | Referee | Main condition |
|---|---|---|---|
| Nalo referral programme | up to €500 | up to €500 | Initial deposit of at least €100,000, payment after the following quarter and holding conditions |
| Yomoni official terms | up to €500 | up to €500 | Deposit tier, 12-month holding period and campaign ending 7 September 2026 |
| Monabanq referral programme | up to €50 | up to €280 | Account plan and current welcome-offer conditions |
| Shine referral programme | up to €200 | one free month | Selected plan and annual referrer limits |
| Qonto official programme | up to €160 | up to €160 | Two €80 account-activity tiers |
| Fortuneo referral programme | up to €110 | up to €150 | Product opened and current campaign |
| BoursoBank referral programme | up to €60 | up to €160 | Offer displayed in the journey and account conditions |
Two restrictions matter. Qonto's terms prohibit sharing the referral link on the Internet. Yomoni states that no payment is due to a referrer who publishes the code on a public webpage. We report the official scales for analysis but do not publish personal identifiers for either programme here.
Why 30 confirmed programmes, not 35?
A missing page or public scale does not prove that a programme pays zero or has closed. Nine cases could not be confirmed to the same standard on 24 August: Les Tricolores, Lovable, Notion, Alan, MAIF, AXA, Bouygues Telecom, iHerb and Wanteeed.
The reasons differ:
- Notion documents an affiliate programme, not a personal referral programme with a referee reward.
- MAIF publishes a recommendation mechanism for certain organisations, outside the national consumer scope measured here.
- iHerb directs publishers and coupon websites to its affiliate programme.
- For Alan, AXA, Bouygues Telecom, Les Tricolores, Lovable and Wanteeed, no sufficiently reliable current public consumer scale was retained.
They remain in the historical panel so changes stay visible. Their status is “not publicly confirmed”, never inferred as active and never converted to zero.
Delays and rules that affect real value
Payment ranges from a few days to twelve months. Direct Assurance states a reimbursement within two months. Monabanq states that the referrer's payment is made within 60 days. Proton credits the reward after one month, or two months for certain monthly plans. Yomoni requires the tier to be maintained for 12 months. Nalo pays after the following calendar quarter, subject to contract-holding conditions.
Sharing restrictions can be as important as the amount. Trade Republic says links posted on forums or coupon websites are not eligible. Qonto prohibits publication of the referral link online. Yomoni excludes referrer payment when the code is published publicly. SEO traffic cannot compensate for a referral that the programme's own rules make ineligible.
Reproducible methodology
The panel is no longer defined as the first 39 records in a file whose order can change. An explicit list stores each programme, current status, official source, check date and admissible numerical maxima.
| Rule | Application |
|---|---|
| Source | Official referral page, help centre or terms |
| Active status | Confirmed only when a current public first-party source documents the programme |
| Missing data | Classified as not measurable or not publicly confirmed, never zero |
| Euro median | Fixed maxima explicitly denominated in EUR only |
| Exclusions | Personalised amounts, USD, points, tokens, percentages, months and estimated conversions |
| Calculation | Values sorted ascending; for an even count, mean of the two central values |
| Freshness | Every temporary campaign retains its end date |
The calculation runs through scripts/recompute-observatoire-2026.mjs. It checks expected against obtained counts before publication. The structured file src/content/data/observatoire-2026.json is the evidence register for this edition.
Observatory limitations
This panel is not a representative sample of every French business and does not measure referral income actually received by users. It compares public conditions from 39 selected programmes. Maximum amounts are often conditional, and brands can change a campaign after the check date.
Use the Observatory to compare mechanisms. Before joining, read the brand's official page and check the offer displayed in your own account. PlanParrainPromo is independent. No brand pays to be included or ranked more favourably in this analysis.
