The RED by SFR referral program lets an existing customer share a personal referral code with someone who is not yet a subscriber. This code is unique to each RED by SFR customer and appears in their personal account area dedicated to referrals.
The referred person must subscribe to a RED by SFR plan while entering this code during signup. According to the brand's official page, the program covers several eligible plan types, including RED by SFR mobile plans and the RED Box home internet offer. Once the subscription is completed, a notification lets the referrer track the status of the referral, from signup through validation.
Validation of a referral depends on several conditions set out in RED by SFR's official terms: the program is reserved for individuals residing in mainland France, it requires a minimum tenure on the referrer's line, an activity requirement for that same line, and a novelty requirement for the referred person, who must not already be a customer of the brand or an equivalent offer. A validated referral status feeds into a reward pot, which RED by SFR later converts into benefits credited to the referrer's account. The exact terms of this reward pot, such as its value or any cap, are not fixed and change depending on the operator's current campaigns, which is why they are deliberately not repeated here.
Before treating this program as a source of regular income, it remains essential to read the official terms in force at the time of signup, since only those terms set the exact conditions that apply to a given referral. Telecom subscriptions also involve a contractual commitment from the referred person toward the carrier, separate from the referral program itself.
