The Quitoque referral program is an active scheme that lets an existing customer introduce the meal-box service to people they know, using a personal referral code.

That code sits directly inside the referrer's customer account. There are two ways to find it: either by logging into the Dashboard and clicking the green "Parrainage" (referral) panel, which opens a window showing the code, or by going through the "My account" button, then the "Promo code and benefits" section, where the same green "Parrainage" panel leads to the same window. The referrer then passes this code on to the person they want to refer, who discovers Quitoque this way.

Eligibility for the scheme comes with several restrictions. The named gift set aside for the referrer is limited to one successful referral within a given period; any further referrals beyond that first one earn a credit instead of a gift. On the referred person's side, the offer can only be used once per household, applies only to the first three boxes ordered, and only one account is allowed per household.

In terms of timing, credits earned through referral remain valid for one year. The referrer must choose their gift through a dedicated form, to be completed within a set deadline, otherwise sending the gift cannot be guaranteed; the gift is then shipped during a specific month.

Quitoque also has anti-fraud measures in place: in case of proven fraud or failure to respect the program's terms, credits, promo codes, or gifts obtained can be cancelled. The program's rules also explicitly forbid encouraging a referred person to cancel their subscription immediately, as well as any disparagement of the Quitoque brand while promoting the referral scheme.
